We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and parking facilities. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Our room was spotless and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was very welcoming and always ready to assist us with any questions we had. Also, we appreciated the secure parking facilities available at the hotel.

I'm delighted to share my experience staying at this centrally located hotel. The surroundings offer everything one would need, with excellent restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and provide great views. The bathroom is clean and modern and provides all necessary amenities. The breakfast is served in the bright and comfortable cafe, and staff are always willing to assist you with any requests. The excellent service and friendly staff made us feel warm and welcomed throughout our stay.

The room could have been better insulated to block out some outside noise.

We spent the New Year’s Eve holiday in a cozy hotel with an excellent location, just in front of a beautiful park. The morning sunshine coming through the adjustable blinds was amazing, but to fully enjoy the quiet night's sleep, I recommend bringing a sleep mask or earplugs. The hotel staff was fantastic, and they provided us with fresh towels and toiletries daily. The breakfast was also satisfying, with options that were a great way to start our day. In the evening, we took a walk around the park and enjoyed watching the locals’ activities.

The room did not have a phone or blackout shades, but this did not affect our stay in any adverse way. We found the Wi-Fi to be excellent, making up for the lack of phone in the room.

Our stay at Carrion was excellent! The location was perfect, right next to the square, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Vicente, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The traditional Ecuadorian breakfast was a delicious surprise. Although there was no air conditioner in the room, everything else made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel.
